Simply fill the heavy-duty plastic base with either water or sand to create a stable stand to mount your balloons on. Once the base is filled, the hollow cluster pole for the balloons slides right over the top of the center post of the base.
Each base comes with a small metal sleeve that goes into the cluster pole and over the top of the center post when you're ready to install to create a snug fit between the pole and base. Weighted Base also has a handle built into the design to make it portable and easier to move around.
