A Brochure Box system is always on call to give potential residents essential information should you be away from the Leasing Office or if it's after hours at the community. Printed 'Sorry We Missed You' message on the front clearly lets prospects know that the contents are there for them to grab.

Flyer Dispenser Box is made of weather proof heavy-duty plastic and comes with a hinged lid to keep contents dry. The back of the box has two small predrilled holes in the upper corners of the back so its ready for hanging (hardware not included).
