Can it be used on all balloons. What about the balloons that use helium?

Please note that this air pump will only fill the balloons with air though, and not helium, so if you are looking for the balloons to float on their own you would need to fill the balloons with helium. This electric balloon pump is a great budget-friendly alternative to helium though, and if you plan to create a balloon garland, hang balloons by ribbon, or attach to signage, this will work perfectly for you!
