How long does it take for stations to ship out?
Answer: All our stock dog waste stations ship within 24 hours. Please allow 3-5 business days (depending on location) for the u-channel post to arrive. Can I use the pet waste station on other surfaces than grass like turf or concrete?
Answer: : Yes, any of our Paw Pal’s® stations can be easily used on any surface including turf and concrete. When installing a dog waste station on these surfaces, use the Concrete Sign Base for U-Channel Post for best results.
Do you have any ADA Accessible dog waste stations?
Answer: Yes! According to the ADA, the height requirement for accessibility is 48" which is ideal for our Low Profile Dog Waste Stations.
