Each sticker comes on a backer that has printed lines for detailed notes (there are fields for the Make of Vehicle, Plate Number, Date, Reason for towing, Location where it was towed, etc) so you can have a record of all the info for yourself once the sticker is applied to the violator’s car. And the great thing about having the tow warning stickers in a booked format is that all the backers will remain in the bound book, so you’ll have all the records in one place.
