Residents can drop of their rent 24 hours a day! Extra large box can be used to hold rent checks, but also works great for other uses such as collecting guest cards from visitors, maintenance work orders, and much more! Drop box is made of heavy duty steel and comes with two keys. Extra large Drop Box measures 13-1/2"W X 18"H X 9"D.
Heavy-duty Mail Drop Slot goes opposite the drop box on the other side of the wall or door you are mounting to. Drop Slot is a brushed bronze material that measures 10 3/4"W x 3 1/2"H, with a slot opening of 8"W x 1 1/2"H.
Kit includes a Wall Chute for those looking to install the Drop Box system through an interior office wall. Works with a maximum wall thickness of 4".
Kit also includes a 'Rent Drop - No Cash Accepted' sign in the color of your choice (black, burgundy or green). Sign is a durable plastic that comes with adhesive strips on the back for easy installation.

How do you install the shoot
Thanks for your interest in our Oversized Drop Box Kit! We will reach out to you with a visual for the installation shortly. The Wall Chute works great for interior wall installation, allowing mail to flow at a downward angle into the Drop Box. A small hole goes on both sides of wall, aligning with the mail slot and drop box openings. The chute sits on an angle inside the wall, with the top sloped edge butting up against the outer wall opening with the mail slot. Chute works with walls up to 4” wide.
