Dry erase surface is easy to update and wipe clean. Board comes with a marker tray at the bottom that folds out and slides into your preferred position to hold writing tools and erasers, or to fold up and out of the way. The backing of the boards is a metal panel that creates a stiff structure that's easier to write on, and it makes the surface magnetic so you can add any accessories you'd like. 

These easy-to-mount boards come with two sliding hooks at the top of the frame so you can mount quickly to any flat surface with standard hardware (hardware not included). Each board also has rounded reinforced corners to eliminate unsafe sharp edges and for extra durabilty.
