Each form comes with two strips of light, removable adhesive on the back. Easy application and adheres nicely to a window, creating a solid bond that will not fall off until it's removed. Violation can also be tucked under the windshield wiper for a less intense warning.
Form comes with a carbon-copy top layer that peels off for your records, so that if there is any push back from the violator you have the information your need to settle the dispute.
