The Outdoor Rent Drop Box makes it simple for residents to drop off rent checks any time day or night, regardless of whether the leasing office is open or not. Large capacity means you don't have to open and collect drop offs at the end of every day - you can wait until you're ready to go through them all.
Drop box attaches to any wall or mailbox post, and is available in two colors. Heavy duty steal material keeps checks safe. Aluminum flap on front of box swings up to reveal deposit slot, and then swings down again to protect deposited materials from rain or other outdoor elements. Also works well to mount just inside your leasing center door - means you have the security of your locked office but residents can still drop checks off even if you're busy with a prospect or out walking the property.
Drop box comes with 4 pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the box. You can also easily drill holes in the back of the box should you prefer to wall mount it. Please see product instructions below for more information on installation options.

Does this come with the "drop box" sign. I ordered the drop box and pole but there was not one in it?

Is the flap big enough for garage remotes and keys. Also, is it secure . . . we have had issues with people removing checks from drop boxes by inserting hangers with tape
Thank you for asking our Outdoor Rent Drop Box. The inside of the flap is 1.25"h x 12"w so it depends on the size of your garage opener. Generally speaking, most garage openers will fit through with no problem. The design also features a locking mechanism to prevent unauthorized access to the contents inside with a secure lock and key method located on the front of the box. To help prevent theft a good rule of thumb is emptying the contents daily so nothing is left inside overnight or if possible placing the box inside in a common area where only residents and staff have access to the box. What is the thickness of the steel used to construct the box?

Does this come with the pole?

We offer two rent drop box pedestal sizing options 30” and 42”. The 30” is perfect for ADA accessibility. The box will work on either post which is great news. Can this be used as a mail box?
