Lower speeds mean fewer accidents! Speed Bumps will not only keep the speed down on your property but it will make the parking lot safer for your residents, especially children.

All hardware is included, and we have two mounting options to choose from depending on whether your community parking lot surface is asphalt or concrete. 

Easy and safe for one person to transport and install, the eight foot speed bumps weigh about 38 pounds and have pre-drilled recessed bolt holes. If you need a longer option, speed bumps can be installed from end-to-end.

Fade-proof yellow color is molded into the plastic during manufacturing and resists damage from the sun, chemicals, oil, and salt. Speed bump is made from 100% post consumer recycled plastic resin and is LEED qualified.
