Easy checkbox format, plus additional space for written explanations. Includes a copy for the resident and office files. Also available in Bilingual or Spanish only.
"I managed a more “difficult” property. And the lease violations that took place on a daily base was insane! Me and my APM used these little bad boys and it got residents attention!
Even the ones that don’t speak English. They are also convent because it comes with a copy of the exact violation you provided the resident. So when the resident comes in yelling at office staff and tries to add additional false “information” to the violation, you have the copy in hand!! I love these little hangers! I will be using them at all my properties."
