Thanks for your interest in our top selling Floral Embellishments new resident Welcome Folders. These particular folders are a preprinted stock design so they come as you see; however, if you’re looking to add your property name, we do offer full color custom folders (Item #WFCSTOM - https://www.gabpproperty.com/wfcstm.html) where you can pick any design you like, even our existing one, and then add any text or logo you’d like!
