Standard sized 9" x 12" marketing folders come with a semi gloss coating and two inside pockets. Right inside pocket has standard four corner horizontal business card slits to add in your property contact information.
Folders are perfect for holding all of the important paperwork and community documents that you would normally provide to new residents on move in day. Include lease copies, floor plans, parking passes, community rules, important phone numbers or even a list of restaurants in the area - whatever is specific to your community and neighborhood that would be helpful for new residents to know.
