Magnet Notice - Out of Order

Keep residents informed when equipment, amenities, or property features are temporarily unavailable with the Out of Order Magnet Notice. This reusable out of order sign provides property management teams with a simple way to mark elevators, laundry equipment, fitness equipment, appliances, gates, doors, and other areas that are temporarily unavailable or undergoing maintenance. The magnetic out of service sign attaches to metal surfaces and can be easily moved or removed as maintenance needs change, eliminating the need for a separate sign for every situation. Durable and versatile, this maintenance sign gives your team a convenient way to communicate temporary closures and help residents quickly identify equipment or amenities that are not currently available.
