"All I can say is "WOW!" talk about a quick turn-around to make it right! I had initially been disappointed with a slightly warped leg from one of the two benches purchased. "The bench looks great. The wood slats have some rough spots on them. Assembly was easy until installing the central brackets. The bend did not match the slats and it was difficult to re-shape it. I got it done but it took longer than it should have."
"I have had the bench for about a year. I covered it for the winter and when I took the cover off in the spring, the slats had warped, the urethane finish was peeling off and the slats that had knots in them were splitting and breaking at the knots. I can't sit on it for fear of it breaking."
"First the bench arrived packaged really well so all the slats and what not didn't have a scratch or even a speck of dust on them. The instructions say to have 2 people to construct the bench, but I was able to do it myself by leaning the ends against some things in my garage. The bench is very sturdy, no wobbling or creaking at all. I noticed in the photos of the bench it has some nice design work, but I didn't notice the neat animal faces in the front of the arm rests and I really like that detail. I don't know how many people will notice them, but I think it's really neat. I'm thinking I could buy another one of these and it would make a very nice house warming gift."

Only took off a star because the instructions don't match the illustrations which got a bit confusing, but a little common sense and bench was easy to install. Comes with 2 center pieces but instructions say to only put 1.. my husband put 2 , not sure if thats correct? One nail did come out after sitting on it, but still seems sturdy. Have gotten a lot of compliments on the bench"
