Rent Drop System encourages residents at your Apartment Community to pay on time. The Outdoor Rent Drop Box Kit makes it simple for residents to drop off rent checks any time day or night, regardless of whether the leasing office is open or not. Large capacity means you don't have to open and collect drop offs at the end of every day - you can wait until you're ready to go through them all.
Drop box attaches to any wall or mailbox post, and is available in two colors. Heavy duty steal material keeps checks safe. Aluminum flap on front of box swings up to reveal deposit slot, and then swings down again to protect deposited materials from rain or other outdoor elements. Also works well to mount just inside your leasing center door - means you have the security of your locked office but residents can still drop checks off even if you're busy with a prospect or out walking the property.
Drop box comes with 4 pre-drilled holes on the bottom of the box. You can also easily drill holes in the back of the box should you prefer to wall mount it. Please see product instructions below for more information on installation options.
Rent Drop sign is included and comes in your choice of black, black and white, burgundy, blue, gray, and green.

Not worth the money!!!
"I think this box is overpriced, it doesn't even have screws in the back to put it on the wall for the money you are asking for , has also a spot in the front where looks like it was not painted the right way, plus the black sign that you stick in the front ,, Rent Box'' is not even metal that will be rezistant for heavy rains ,it's just some cartboard. In my opinion, it is not worth the money!!!"

Hello, We bought this drop box in May, and we are already having problems with the locking mechanism. What is the warranty on this item? Our maintenance lockmaster is going to look at it now, but I told him to advise whether he thinks it is an easy issue or if he thinks it will be a recurring issue and we should swap it out or something. Please advise.
