Color Issue
"The quality of the item is not in question as we are repeat clients. We ordered Burgundy and red was sent. Then the correct ones were supposed to be in replacement and they were red again. We had ordered these balloons previously for another branch and the color was very burgundy. We ordered a second set for another branch and the color is red as well. Really need our company color which is not red."

Can we order just a cluster pole?
Thanks for your interest in our Vinyl Balloon Clusters! Absolutely you can order just the pole. We do not currently have the individual components for sale on their own online, but you most certainly can order any replacement parts. do they come already inflated or do I need a special pump to inflate them?
That’s a great question! The reusable balloon cluster does not come pre-inflated. We do however offer the [RCOMPRESSOR](https://www.gabpproperty.com/shop-all/balloons/printed-balloons/rcompressor.html) separately to assist with getting your cluster blown and ready for installation. Its nozzle size is made to fit our balloon specifically and will get you the perfect size with each inflation. Please feel free to reach out with any more questions.
