Promote Your Community Using Flags, Signs and Banners

In a sea of multifamily housing communities do you stand out from the rest? The answer is probably no. Your homes may feature beautiful hardwood floors, a peaceful courtyard, and sparkling pools, but your potential residents cannot see those amenities as they drive by…or can they?

Advertising with flags, signs, or banners is not exciting, but they are among the most effective and budget-friendly methods of advertising available.

SEASONAL FLAGS. Its time to hang those brightly colored spring banners. Choose a design that will capture the attention of people walking or driving by, and group signs to create a consistent and uniform effect. Keep in mind that your seasonal themes should complement the color scheme of your community.

HIGHLIGHT AMENITIES. It's no longer enough to simply accept pets in your community. According to a 2017-2018 survey conducted by the American Pet Products Association, 68 percent of American households have one or more pets. With numbers like this, it’s easy to imagine that renters are looking for an inviting home for them and their pets. Use bandit signs to let potential residents know that both they and their pets are welcome in your community. Customize signs that speak to your specific amenities. Do you have a dog park, maybe even an on-site dog walking service or groomer? These are amenities that provide real value to residents, but they will never know unless you tell them.

PROMOTE MOVE IN SPECIALS. Your future residents want to know about the rent special or other promotion they can take advantage of. Everyone loves a deal, and bandit signs are a great promotional tool that requires little setup and can be easily stored for later use.

CUSTOM FLAGS. Create a lasting impression with custom branded flags that can be used year-round. Add the community name or logo to increase brand recognition and further distinguish your community from the others.
